New Business Sales Executive ? London based Role Overview
MyJobGroup (MJG), the fastest growing network of regional jobsites in the UK, is currently recruiting into its Sales Team.? We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious sales professional ideally with a proven track record of selling into recruitment and advertising/media agencies in the UK.?
You will have commercial experience of 2 years minimum, with an enthusiasm and eagerness to progress.? You will be a decisive individual with a strong focus on delivery, with a high level of business acumen. As a New Business sales executive, you will be responsible for generating new business in line with agreed targets and will be predominately offices based at our central location in Waterloo. You will also be responsible for developing strong relationships with all key clients ? including recruitment and advertising agencies.

Specific Duties
??Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; fact finding; solution pitch; negotiation; close; account management
??Establish, develop and manage strong, revenue-generating relationships with advertising agencies, recruitment agencies and key clients
??Develop and maintain a customer database of both advertising agencies and direct clients
??Gain a thorough understanding of clients marketing and ROI objectives
??Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income to an agreed annual target of invoiced revenue, to increase year on year
??Develop and maintain a customer database of both advertising agencies and direct clients
??Schedule and participate in regular external client meetings & demonstrations to multiple clients
??Prepare sales action plans, schedules & presentations
??Work as part of the sales team and to contribute to the achievement of its overall objectives
??Represent MJG in a positive and professional manner at relevant? industry events and tradeshows
??Manage and maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline
??Keep abreast of issues affecting the industry including competitor intelligence/analysis
??Implement the credit terms policy as operated by the company
??There will be frequent travel to client locations. Therefore, you must be self motivated, self sufficient dependable, versatile and flexible.

Experience/Competencies
??A background in Advertising, Media, Recruitment or Job Board Companies minimum 2 years B2B experience.
??Ability to identify new business opportunities using relevant research tools / sector specific targeting
??The ability to have confidence to deliver successful cold calling, this will be a key part of your day
??Previous experience of working closely with advertising and / or recruitment agencies
??Previous networking experience and strong contacts within the industry
??Previous experience of B2B sales
??A positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities
??Ability to want to achieve and learn from the industry, to make a difference to the MJG brand
??Initiative, drive, motivation and attention to detail
??Strong oral and written communication skills
??Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
??Strong business acumen & commercial awareness
??IT literate, competent user of Microsoft Office & its applications
??A smart appearance and professional manner
??Confident negotiator and ability to ?close the deal?
??Strong client management skills and ability to keep promises
??Excellent organisational and time management skills
??A charismatic and dynamic personality
